How to Make Dark Chocolate Peanut Clusters

These dark chocolate peanut clusters are perfect when youโ€™re in the mood for a simple and nutritious treat. They have a satisfying crunch and a nice balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Ingredients

I like to use chopped dark chocolate when making these treats, but you can substitute any type of chocolate you like. Or if you prefer to save a little time by skipping the step of chopping the chocolate, you can substitute chocolate chips instead.

I like to use roasted salted peanuts in this recipe. The combination of the subtle sweetness from the dark chocolate and the saltiness of the peanuts is so satisfying.

You can substitute unsalted peanuts if you prefer a less salty version of these treats. Or if you only have unsalted peanuts but still want that salty-sweet flavor, you can add a small sprinkle of sea salt on top of each cluster before transferring them to the fridge.

I donโ€™t recommend substituting raw peanuts because the roasting process enhances both the texture and flavor of these treats.
