  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
