Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
