  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used soy milk)

Instructions

  • Remove the pit from 1 Medjool date, then add it to a blender.
  • Add 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice.
  • Blend until smooth.
