- 1 cup roughly chopped fresh mango (or thawed frozen mango)
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt (optional)
Add 1 cup roughly chopped fresh mango, 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and optional 1 pinch of sea salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy right away, or store in the fridge for up to three days, then stir before serving.
- You can use frozen mango that hasn't been thawed, but only if you have a powerful high-speed blender. Otherwise I recommend using fresh or thawed frozen mango.
