- 1 1/4 cups chopped dark chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
And 1 1/4 cups chopped dark chocolate to a pot on the stove set to low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pot from the heat.
Transfer the melted dark chocolate to a mixing bowl.
Add 1 1/4 cups cold water, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.
Use a whisk to mix until smooth.
Transfer that mixture to a pitcher or large measuring cup with a spout.
Pour the mixture, evenly divided, into six portions of a popsicle mold.
Add popsicle sticks to each portion, then freeze for at least four hours before serving.
