Dark Chocolate Popsicles

These dark chocolate popsicles are decadent yet refreshing. These frozen treats are a must-try this summer if you're a dark chocolate lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • And 1 1/4 cups chopped dark chocolate to a pot on the stove set to low heat.
  • Cook, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pot from the heat.
  • Transfer the melted dark chocolate to a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1 1/4 cups cold water, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.
  • Use a whisk to mix until smooth.
  • Transfer that mixture to a pitcher or large measuring cup with a spout.
  • Pour the mixture, evenly divided, into six portions of a popsicle mold.
  • Add popsicle sticks to each portion, then freeze for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

  • Store these popsicles in the freezer for up to three months (either by keeping them in the popsicle mold or transferring them to a freezer bag or airtight container).
