These creamy date popsicles are so easy to make. Dates give these naturally sweetened popsicles a delicious caramel-like flavor.

- 5 Medjool dates
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (or substitute any type of nut butter or seed butter you prefer)
Remove the pits from 5 Medjool dates, then add them to a blender.
Add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk of choice, and 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, dividing it evenly between six sections.
Add the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 5 hours or until completely solid before serving.
