These creamy date popsicles are so easy to make. Dates give these naturally sweetened popsicles a delicious caramel-like flavor.

Ingredients

  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (or substitute any type of nut butter or seed butter you prefer)

Instructions

  • Remove the pits from 5 Medjool dates, then add them to a blender.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk of choice, and 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, dividing it evenly between six sections.
  • Add the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours or until completely solid before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the freezer in a freezer bag, airtight container, or simply keep them in the popsicle mold for up to 3 months.
