- 1 cup hemp hearts (also called shelled hemp seeds)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (or substitute any dried herb you prefer)
Add 1 cup hemp hearts, 1 cup cold water, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon dried dill to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Toss with salads, drizzle on bowls, or use as a dip for raw vegetables.
