- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (you’ll need about 6 medium lemons)
- 6 cups cold water
- 3 teaspoons pure liquid monk fruit sweetener (or to taste)
- zest of 1 lemon (optional, for an ultra-lemony flavor)
- 1 small pinch of sea salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Add 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice, 6 cups cold water, 3 teaspoons pure liquid monk fruit sweetener, optional zest of 1 lemon, and optional 1 small pinch of sea salt to a large pitcher.
Mix well.
