Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon orange zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper to a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Shake well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the dressing has thickened slightly.
  • Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to five days.

Notes

  • Toss the dressing with any type of greens you like and some nuts such as pecans or walnuts to add some crunch to the salad.
