- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
