- 1 whole lemon
- 3 pitted dates
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Roughly chop 1 whole lemon (don’t peel it) then add it to a high-powered blender.
Add 3 pitted dates, 2 cups cold water, 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1 pinch of sea salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to three days. Stir before serving.
