- 2 cups garlic cloves (peeled)
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or substitute thyme, oregano, or basil)
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the peeled garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, and rosemary to an eight inch baking dish.
Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour and fifteen minutes or until the garlic cloves are golden brown.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the garlic cloves from the oil and transfer them to a bowl for serving.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
