- 1/2 of a ripe avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (either old-fashioned, quick, or instant)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (for a subtle sweetness. Increase to taste if you prefer it sweeter)
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon (or substitute 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract)
- 1 pinch of sea salt (optional)
Add 1/2 of a ripe avocado, 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup cold water, 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, 1 pinch of ground cinnamon, and 1 pinch of sea salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy right away, or store in the fridge for up to three days. Stir before serving.
