- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to an airtight container with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed and the dressing has thickened slightly.
Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to five days.
