Ingredients

  • 2 Medjool dates (or substitute any type of date you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used almond milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 small pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Remove the pits from 2 Medjool dates, then add them to a blender.
  • Add 1/4 cup toasted pecans, 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 small pinch of sea salt to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes
