- 1 pitted date (optional for added sweetness; without the date the smoothie is only subtly sweet)
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor)
- 1 pinch of sea salt (optional)
Add 1 ripe banana, 1 pitted date, 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 2 tablespoons cashew butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1 pinch of sea salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to three days, then stir before serving.
