- 1 teaspoon chlorella powder
- 1/2 cup chopped apple (or substitute any type of berries or chopped fruit)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 small pinch of sea salt (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
Peel 1 banana, break it into pieces, then add it to a blender.
