Equipment

  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • the zest of one clementine orange (or any type of orange zest you prefer)
  • 3 clementine oranges (or any type of orange you prefer)

Instructions

  • Melt 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate using your preferred method:

  • Use a grater or zester to remove the zest of one clementine orange, then reserve.
  • Peel 3 clementine oranges and gently pull the segments apart to separate them.
  • Dip an orange segment halfway in melted chocolate, place it on a plate lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, then immediately sprinkle on a pinch of orange zest.
  • Repeat with the rest of the orange segments.
  • Place the plate of chocolate oranges in the fridge to harden for at least 45 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
