- 2 Medjool dates
- 3/4 cup kefir (I used plant-based coconut kefir)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Add the pitted dates, kefir, cold water, and cocoa powder to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy right away, or store in the fridge for up to three days, then stir before serving.
- You can substitute a ripe banana instead of the dates, if necessary.
