- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 date (optional for added sweetness)
- 1 small pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
Remove the pit from 1 date, then add it to a blender.
Add 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 small pinch of sea salt, and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy this smoothie right away or store it in the fridge for up to three days, then stir immediately before serving.
- I prefer to use fresh pineapple when making this smoothie, but frozen or drained canned pineapple works too.
