- 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Add 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate to a pot on the stove set to low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pot from the heat.
Add 3/4 cup raisins to the pot of melted chocolate, then stir until the raisins are completely coated in chocolate.
Scoop out 1 heaping teaspoon of the chocolate raisin mixture, then add it to a large plate or sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Add a small sprinkle of sea salt on top, if desired.
Repeat steps 4-5 with the rest of the chocolate raisin mixture.
Place the plate or sheet pan in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
