Chocolate Raisin Clusters Recipe

This chocolate raisin clusters recipe is easy to make and delicious. I love the combination of sweet, chewy raisins and rich, slightly bitter dark chocolate.

Equipment

  • Sheet pan or large plate
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate to a pot on the stove set to low heat.
  • Cook, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pot from the heat.
  • Add 3/4 cup raisins to the pot of melted chocolate, then stir until the raisins are completely coated in chocolate.
  • Scoop out 1 heaping teaspoon of the chocolate raisin mixture, then add it to a large plate or sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Add a small sprinkle of sea salt on top, if desired.
  • Repeat steps 4-5 with the rest of the chocolate raisin mixture.
  • Place the plate or sheet pan in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge or at room temperature before serving.
