- 2 dates (or substitute 1 ripe banana)
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 small pinch of sea salt (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
Remove the pits from 2 dates, then add them to a blender.
Add 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 small pinch of sea salt, and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.

- I prefer to use spearmint in this smoothie, but peppermint works too.
