- 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate (or substitute chocolate chips)
- 3/4 cup roasted, salted peanuts
- optional topping: 3 tablespoons roasted, salted peanuts
Add 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate to a pan on the stove set to low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly until the dark chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Add 3/4 cup roasted, salted peanuts to the pan of melted dark chocolate.
Stir to coat the peanuts completely in the melted dark chocolate.
Scoop out one heaping teaspoon of the peanut chocolate mixture and place it on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Optional: immediately add a small sprinkle of plain peanuts on top of the chocolate coated peanuts, if desired.
Repeat steps 5-6 with the rest of the chocolate peanut mixture (you should end up with approximately 20 clusters).
Place the sheet pan of peanut chocolate clusters in the fridge to chill for at least one hour before serving.
