- 1/4 teaspoon food-grade dried lavender flowers (plus a small sprinkle for an optional topping, if desired)
- 3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used almond milk)
- 1 date
Add 1/4 teaspoon food-grade dried lavender flowers, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to a blender.
Remove the pit from 1 date, then add it to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, then garnish with a small sprinkle of dried lavender flowers before serving, if desired.
