Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon food-grade dried lavender flowers (plus a small sprinkle for an optional topping, if desired)
  • 3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used almond milk)
  • 1 date

Instructions

  • Add 1/4 teaspoon food-grade dried lavender flowers, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to a blender.
  • Remove the pit from 1 date, then add it to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass, then garnish with a small sprinkle of dried lavender flowers before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Store this smoothie in the fridge for up to three days. Stir immediately before serving.
