  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 ripe banana (or substitute 2 pitted dates)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (or substitute 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, 1 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1 pinch of sea salt to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to three days. Stir before serving.

Notes

  • Be sure to use a ripe banana. The riper, the sweeter.
