- 2 pitted dates
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional, see notes)
Add 2 pitted dates, 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 2 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy right away, or store in the fridge for up to three days. Stir before serving.
- I recommend using creamy natural peanut butter, which is usually unsalted. If your peanut butter does contain added salt, omit or reduce the sea salt to taste.
