- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium pear
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used soy milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 small pinch of sea salt (optional)
Peel 1 medium banana, break it into pieces, then add it to a blender.
Roughly chop 1 medium pear, removing the core, then add it to the blender.
Add 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 small pinch of sea salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy this smoothie right away or store it in the fridge for up to three days, then stir immediately before serving.
