Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup shelled salted pistachios (or substitute unsalted pistachios)
  • 2 Medjool dates (or substitute any type of date you prefer)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used almond milk)

Instructions

  • Add 1/4 cup shelled salted pistachios to a high-powered blender.
  • Remove the pits from 2 Medjool dates, then add them to the blender.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Serve right away, or store this smoothie in the fridge for up to five days. Stir before serving.
