- 1/4 cup shelled salted pistachios (or substitute unsalted pistachios)
- 2 Medjool dates (or substitute any type of date you prefer)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (I used almond milk)
Add 1/4 cup shelled salted pistachios to a high-powered blender.
Remove the pits from 2 Medjool dates, then add them to the blender.
Add 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
