Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 3 medium-sized bananas
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup chopped dark chocolate to a pot on the stove set to low heat.
  • Cook, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pot from the heat.
  • Peel 3 medium-sized bananas, then break them into pieces before adding them to a blender or food processor.
  • Add the melted dark chocolate, 3/4 cup unsweetened protein powder, 1/2 cup cold water, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1/8 teaspoon salt to the blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer that mixture to an 8 inch dish (or similar-sized dish) before placing the pudding in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
