- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 3 medium-sized bananas
- 3/4 cup unsweetened protein powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Add 1 cup chopped dark chocolate to a pot on the stove set to low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted, then immediately remove the pot from the heat.
Peel 3 medium-sized bananas, then break them into pieces before adding them to a blender or food processor.
Add the melted dark chocolate, 3/4 cup unsweetened protein powder, 1/2 cup cold water, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1/8 teaspoon salt to the blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer that mixture to an 8 inch dish (or similar-sized dish) before placing the pudding in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
