- 3 tablespoons shelled pumpkin seeds (I used roasted)
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 small pinch of sea salt (optional)
Remove the pits from 2 dates, then add them to a blender.
Add 3 tablespoons shelled pumpkin seeds, 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1 small pinch of sea salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
