  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice

Instructions

  • Remove the pits from 2 Medjool dates, then add them to a blender.
  • Add 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, and 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy this smoothie right away, or store it in the fridge for up to three days. Stir right before serving.

Notes

  • To boost the protein content of this smoothie, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened protein powder.
