Monk Fruit Lemonade (Keto)

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

This monk fruit lemonade is perfect when you’re craving a sweet-tart beverage (without the sugar rush). Give this refreshing drink a try if you’re looking for simple keto recipes, like this mouthwatering monk fruit fudge, which is one of my favorite homemade low-carb treats.

Ingredients and Substitutions

I prefer to use fresh lemon juice in this keto lemonade. You can use the bottled stuff if necessary, but it isn’t quite as aromatic and fresh tasting.

To get the most juice out of your lemons, firmly press and roll them back and forth on the countertop a few times before cutting them. You can either juice the lemons by hand, or use a citrus juicer to speed up the process if you like.

You can either include the lemon pulp or discard it, depending on your preference. Just be sure to discard any seeds.

For an ultra-lemony flavor, I like to include the zest of 1 lemon. You can omit the zest if you prefer. It’s delicious either way.

This keto-friendly lemonade is sweetened with pure liquid monk fruit sweetener. Monk fruit (also called luo han guo) is much sweetener than regular sugar, and that’s why only a small amount is needed to sweeten this lemonade. If you have trouble finding it at your local stores, it’s widely available online.

I like to add a small pinch of sea salt because it enhances the other flavors nicely. You can omit it if you prefer.

How to Make Monk Fruit Lemonade
