This simple cucumber kiwi smoothie is creamy and delicious. The flavor combination of sweet-tart kiwi fruit and refreshing cucumbers is a perfect match. Give this a try if you’re looking for nutritious drinkable breakfast or snack recipes, like this red velvet smoothie, which is another yummy option.
Ingredients and Substitutions
I love the fresh, clean taste of cucumbers. You can use any type of cucumber you like in this smoothie. I don’t bother peeling or seeding them, but you can if you prefer.

I like to use fresh kiwi when making this smoothie. You can use frozen kiwi if you prefer.
I like to add a little extra sweetness to this smoothie by including one date. You can omit the date if you prefer to keep this smoothie a little lower in sugar.
You can use any type of unsweetened milk you like in this smoothie. I used soy milk this time, but I often use oat milk or almond milk.

How to Make a Cucumber Kiwi Smoothie
Cut the kiwi in half, use a spoon to scoop out the flesh, then add it to a blender. Remove the pit from the date, then add it to the blender. Next you’ll add the chopped cucumber, unsweetened milk of choice, and sea salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth, then enjoy right away or store this smoothie in the fridge for up to three days. Stir immediately before serving.
