This creamy mango smoothie is one of my favorite easy drinks. It’s sweet, tangy, and a little tart. Give it a try if you’re looking for drinkable breakfast or snack ideas, like this peanut butter cup smoothie recipe, which is another delicious option.
Ingredients and Substitutions
You can use either fresh or frozen mango in this smoothie. If using frozen, I recommend thawing it first (unless you have a powerful high-speed blender).

You can use any type of unsweetened milk you like in this creamy smoothie. I went with soy milk this time.
Pure vanilla extract pairs nicely with the tart, tangy mango in this smoothie. You can substitute 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to make a chocolate version if you prefer.
I like to add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the other flavors in this smoothie. You can omit it if you prefer.
How to Make a Creamy Mango Smoothie
Add the mango, unsweetened milk of choice, vanilla extract, and optional sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Enjoy right away, or store in the fridge for up to three days, then stir before serving.
