Creamy Raspberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

This raspberry peanut butter smoothie is creamy, sweet, and delicious. The flavor combination of raspberries and peanut butter is surprisingly satisfying. It tastes like a peanut butter and jam sandwich in smoothie form! Give this a try if you’re looking for breakfast or snack ideas you can enjoy on the go, like this pear and banana smoothie, which is another yummy option.

Ingredients and Substitutions

I love the sweet-tart flavor of raspberries. I like to use fresh raspberries when making this smoothie, especially when they’re in season. You can use frozen if you prefer.

I like to use creamy natural peanut butter with no added sugar in this smoothie. The only ingredient on the jar is peanuts.

I like to add a little extra sweetness to this smoothie by including one date. Medjool dates are my favorite, because they’re so sweet and moist, but any type is fine. You can omit the date if you prefer, or substitute half of a ripe banana to replace the sweetness.

How to Make a Raspberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

Start by removing the pit from the date, then add it to a blender. Next you’ll add the raspberries, peanut butter, unsweetened milk of choice, and sea salt to the blender.
